Amazing contribution!! Mrs. Edna Hileman turned 100 years-old on October 13. She asked that people donate cans and money for her birthday to be given to the Foodbank! She brought in 500 cans and $162.50 which equals 790 meals. Mrs. Hileman’s daughter and grandaughter joined her in delivering this amazing gift. Her daughter said this about her mother, “my mother grew up during the Great Depression, so she understands the importance of giving back to her community.” We thank her so much for thinking of others in the community and giving back on her own celebrated day!
