Patsy DeLacey is an inspiration to us all. This high school Girl Scout is transforming the tragedy of losing her mother into the miracle of life by donating grown produce from her garden to the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia’s neighbors in need. Her mother was a huge advocate of the Foodbank’s work and her memory lives on in the tradition Patsy has chosen to continue by helping hungry citizens of our region.
