NewsChannel 3, Harris Teeter, and Two Guys and a...
Despite rainy weather, NewsChannel 3, Harris Teeter, and Two Guys and a Truck raised more than a ton of food for the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia Monday and Tuesday November 24 & 25. Specifically, 2,342 lbs of food and $1,100 in cash donations. That was enough to provide 5,577 meals to families in Hampton Roads. Way to go!

The Foodbank is a warehouse or “bank” where recovered and contributed food is collected, sorted and distributed to over 500 agencies including church pantries and area Kids Cafes who then disburse or prepare and serve the food to those in need.
